The Product, Right At Their Doorstep
Every month, a financial package is created and prepared to present to the Board at Cloudli; this includes profit/loss statements for revenue tracking, and must be formatted so it can be viewed in groups, such as across subsidiaries, all under the company’s visual branding.
While Cloudli also used Vertica and Tableau, they were hesitant to go with these data visualization platforms as they did not offer the security that was needed - that is, only allow access to select departments within the company.
The tools they had weren’t generating these reports as efficiently as Cloudli would have liked and, at this point, the NetSuite capabilities also began to max themselves; Business Intelligence for NetSuite, Powered by GURUS, became the natural choice for them.
Thanks to our trusted relationship and background, Cloudli did not see the need to shop around for what was clearly already available to them with GURUS.

With this pending need, the GURUS Internal Consultant handling Cloudli’s case reached out to their Product and Sales colleagues and a Business Intelligence demo was set up shortly thereafter.
Within two months, Cloudli started using Business Intelligence for NetSuite, Powered by GURUS, for customer churn reporting and it quickly became one of the main uses for their team, helping them keep track of their customer base and turnover.
As they continued to use Business Intelligence for NetSuite, Powered by GURUS, it grew into their output method for the monthly financial packages. That is, rather than having Cloudli employees spend numerous hours creating and then breaking down the financial reports for the various uses and areas, these reports were now automatically generated.
