Nowadays, you want the ability to monitor your business anytime, anywhere, from any device that’s available to you. You want your information readily accessible - isn’t that the advantage of storing it in the Cloud? The NetSuite app for iPhone and Android provides access to your key business information so you can monitor business activities, no matter where you are.

Learning how to download the NetSuite App for iPhone and Android is as easy and downloading Candy Crush or any other of your time-wasting games off the app store. Many of us are pros at that already.

Why You Should Download the NetSuite Mobile App

Working on the road can be difficult, but it’s become a common occurrence for individuals from all industries. We work on the train during our commute to work, in the taxi on our way to a meeting, and even from coffee shops on our lunch breaks.

We’re not just taking meetings or phones calls on the go, many of us also need to document time and expenses, access reports, search for specific information or log into our system to approve a purchase. With the NetSuite mobile app, all this is possible, rights at your fingertips.

NetSuite’s mobile app features allow for expense reporting, call logging and time tracking in a mobile interface filled with mobile dashboard portlets and KPI’s.

Key Benefits Include:

  • Mobile-friendly user interface with optimized mobile tasks and support for each role
  • Easy access to recent records, searches, and saved searches
  • The ability to view KPIs from the mobile dashboard
  • Time and expense management
  • Inbound/outbound phone call logging
  • The ability to approve records and transactions, and trigger business actions
  • Report customization, which includes adding fields, grouping levels, and customizing formulas

Now onto the fun part.

Or you can find the NetSuite app for Android on the Google Play store here.

2. Read and accept the license agreement.

3. Tap Free on your iPhone, or click Get App in iTunes to install the application. For Android, simply click Install on the Google Play store. Enter your iTunes Store or Google Play account and password, if requested.

How to Log on to NetSuite for iPhone & Android

Once you have the mobile app downloaded, you’re one step away from approving those reports while you wait in line for your morning coffee.

For security reasons, NetSuite does not recommend accessing your account on a mobile device using roles which have full access to your data, such as the Administrator role.

To sign into your account:

  1. Enter the email address and password that you use to log on to your NetSuite account.
  2. Set Remember Password to On if you want your NetSuite to remember your password and log in automatically.
  3. Select a role for your session. Your NetSuite app will remember the role you selected and use it for your session the next time you log on. Selecting a role for your mobile session does not change your default role in the NetSuite Web application.

And there you have it! Now that you know how to download the NetSuite App for iPhone and Android, you can get on working on the go, as you would in the office.
