Athen: It's interesting, Nicole, because you have over 20 years of experience with nonprofits. What do you feel the biggest impact of cloud technology, which is very recent, is on the nonprofit industry and how do you think it's really changing things for the better?

Nicole Letellier: I wanted a Cloud system because we are growing and that's where the technology is going and I needed the capacity to grow. I needed a system that will support whatever is coming my way because I don't know what management is thinking about and what we’re going to be doing in two years so the Cloud and the technology - that's what I needed to set us up for the next 20 years.
