John: What are some of the things that you're looking to resolve? What are some of the issues that you're looking to get help with when it comes to the technology? 

Nicole Letellier: Well, we've been through tremendous growth - it's been quite impressive. We used to be only in Silicon Valley six years ago and now we are nationwide.

We are reaching out to all the states through technology, we couldn't do it physically. We cannot have people everywhere in the US to do the loans so we need technology to do that but also to process all the transactions.

We service all these six thousand loans. My team collects all the money from the six thousand loans. We need technology to handle all of that.
