Flexible Work Environment
We understand the importance of a work-life balance and having the flexibility to choose where you work and sometimes needing the time for personal or family obligations. That’s why we offer our employees personal days as well as the options to work 100% from home (unless required for client meetings, training or special events), to work 100% from the office, or to work in a hybrid model.

As we grow, we continue to find ways to help communities in any way we can, whether raising money for young adults under the government’s protection (DPJ), offering our tools and services for free to non-for-profit organizations, and more. Each employee has 8 pay hours per year for voluntary work.

Our NEW onboarding program includes an internal NetSuite Training Manager dedicated to the development employees.
